How the session planner works and protects your information
How planning works
- Choose goals and a duration, then add optional preferences or a custom message.
- Review the suggested timeline and change activities or durations.
- Finalize your plan, optionally configure its games, and launch activities. Ask AI questions or review proposed changes.
Data and privacy
- Never enter patient names or identifying information in fields, attachments, or file names.
- Planner text is sent to Mistral to generate suggestions. Mistral may retain API input and output for up to 30 days.
- Your plan, conversation, and game settings stay in this browser tab until you select Save to my plans. AI messages send a limited plan snapshot through our server; local notes, game settings, and attachments are excluded.
